With insatiable curiosity and an undeniable creative spirit, Lynn Spencer has travelled the world in search of new horizons. The result of these travels is evident in her paintings, striking in their naturalness and compelling in colour sensitivities and design. Mexico’s famed San Miguel de Allende found its way into Spencer’s heart during her first trip there 20 years ago. She has continued to hone her skills as a painter in watercolours, acrylics and oils, and also as an encaustic artist and sculptor. Spencer has also spent time in Provence, inspired by the Impressionists whose palpable collective spirits affect all painters who set up their easels there.
Spencer is also a member of the The Forest Hill Art Club and The Don Valley Art Club.
