Lisa Litowitz is an artist born in Toronto. She currently paints at Project Art- a cooperative studio on Queen Street and also in her own home. She holds an HBA from the Ivey Business School, and has been an executive in the retail fashion business for over 25 years.
Lisa has shown her work in several group shows including: Art Square, Propeller Gallery, Trias Gallery, and has donated art to many charities. Her works in oil from 2000 – 2016 were mainly impressionist landscapes with bright colours and bold strokes. Recently, she has been influenced by contemporary realists like Hockney and she is now focussing on the beauty and simplicity of everyday objects as well as lively figuration of her circle of family and friends.
